Returns, Payments & Project Terms

Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • All returns are subject to inspection.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order or custom-made products
  • Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened items that cannot be restocked for safety or hygiene reasons

Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee may apply to:

  • Opened items
  • Large or specially handled items
  • Certain non-custom special orders

No restocking fee for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Credit/debit refunds may take 3–10 business days.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability; otherwise, store credit may be issued.

Project & Payment Terms

Getting Started

  • A $500 deposit is required to start a project.
    • Includes on-site measurements and one 2D plan
  • Optional 3D design available for $250
  • Deposits and design fees are non-refundable if the project is canceled
  • All amounts paid are credited toward the final kitchen price if the project proceeds
  • Deposits and design fees become non-refundable once design work, measurements, ordering, or project preparation has begun.
  • Archimat is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party contractors.
  • Additional charges or installation delays may apply if the site is not ready upon arrival.
  • Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all plans, measurements, finishes, and specifications prior to production.
  • Any visible damage or deficiencies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation.

Project Payments

  • 50% due when the project starts
  • Remaining balance (excluding quartz) due before cabinetry installation
  • Quartz must be paid in full after final measurements and before installation

Quartz Measurements

  • Quartz is measured by a certified professional.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted up or down based on actual measurements.
  • Customer acknowledges that final quartz pricing is based on confirmed site measurements.

Important Notice

  • Archimat does not install ceramic, plumbing, or electrical work.
  • The site must be fully prepared before installation (plumbing, electrical, and surface prep completed).
